A New Beginning Stichting N.G.O. is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Ukranian refugees and other expats in general to understand the first steps they have to take if they are thinking of a new life in the Netherlands.
You can ask here information and guidance on various aspects of living in the Netherlands, in particular if you need a sponsor or not in order to live here and - in case you have already arrived and applied for a permit - which activities (working/studying) you are allowed to perform under that permit and which not.
You can ask also general guidelines about the steps to take as EU citizen: in this case you do not need a residence permit but there are other mandatory registrations to be done and actions to be taken.
